We are looking for an upbeat individual who loves meeting and interacting with a lot of new people and has a passion for helping farmers and ranchers. This individual would work with our Riogen® Marketing Division making calls to prospective leads. The primary role functions include engaging with new prospects or past customers who may have gone cold but have the potential to become active.
Candidate must be self-directed, eager, and willing to learn new things and be able to handle frequent changes. If you are one to think "outside the box" and be motivated to hit targets, this position may be a great fit for you. If meeting new people over the phone scares you, this may not be the role for you. Experience with Salesforce and Excel programs would be beneficial but not required.
